How long does it take from templating to installation?
Typically, installation takes place within 7 to 10 working days from the date of final laser templating. Once your kitchen base units are fully fitted and secured, our team takes digital measurements and fabricates your worktops directly in our Kingswood workshop.
Can I visit your Bristol showroom to view stone slabs?
Yes. Our Kingswood showroom houses samples and full slabs across our quartz, granite, marble, Caesarstone, and Silestone collections. You can walk in during opening hours or book a dedicated appointment to discuss your project with our stonemasons.
What areas do you cover across Bristol and the South West?
While our workshop and showroom are based in Kingswood, Bristol, our installation teams cover the entire South West region—including Bath, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Somerset, Wiltshire, and South Gloucestershire.
What details do I need to provide to get an accurate quote?
Simply share your kitchen plans or rough dimensions along with your preferred material, thickness, and sink/hob cut-out requirements. We provide itemised, transparent quotes with no hidden templating or fitting charges.
At what stage in my renovation should I contact you?
You can get in touch with rough plans as soon as your design is drafted for an initial estimate and material advice. However, templating can only happen once your base cabinets are fully secured and level, with your sinks and appliances on-site.
Do you take on bespoke and commercial projects, or only residential worktops?
We handle both. Alongside residential kitchen worktops and bathroom vanities, we regularly collaborate with interior designers, architects, and commercial contractors on custom restaurant bars, reception desks, and full-height wall cladding.
